RPCBIHD0 - Assignment of PPO Error Confirmations

Purpose

The report reads the error confirmations in the PPO contribution survey procedure and assign them to a personnel number and an outbound notification.

If the members of the professionals pension scheme are distributed across several clients or systems, you can make the assignment by entering the corresponding RFC connections. If the system uses RFC connections to make the assignment, it copies the confirmations that were assigned successfully to the target systems or clients.

Integration

After you have finished assigning the error confirmations, you have to use report Administrator List of Error Confirmations for PPO Contribution Survey (RPCBALD0) to continue processing them. If you use RFC connections, you must start the administrator list in the target systems or clients.

You can use the report Administrator List for Non-Assigned PPO Error Confirmations (RPUBILD0) to continue processing the notifications to which you cannot assign a personnel number.

Prerequisites

To display the confirmations, you need to have the transaction code authorization (authorization object S_TCODE) for the report transaction (transaction PC00_M01_RPCBIHD0). Alternatively, you can use your own implementation of the authorization check for the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAY00_B_AUTH_TCODE.
