Purpose

This report returns the value of the contributions payable to the social fund procedure for the construction industry. This affects the following contribution areas:

  • Leave
  • Supplementary pension
  • Loss earnings compensation
  • Winter construction contribution
  • Vocational training
  • Social expenses

Features

In addition to the contributions payable, the system also determines the total of the accompanying gross wage.

The contributions are generally calculated as a percentage of the total gross wage.

However, the following exception exists for the supplementary pension:
The contribution for employees who are in military/non-military service, who have taken parental leave, or who are employed at a foreign site for the complete period is a fixed monthly contribution.
If this exception starts during the period, the contribution is calculated as a daily value for each calendar or work day.
The number of employees affected is determined for these exceptions.

The number of employees affected is also determined for the winter compensation contribution.

The employee's gross wage is only considered in the total if a contribution for the leave or winter compensation contribution or a percentage contribution for the supplementary pension exists.

The contributions are shown as a total per operating account.

The differences for the retroactive periods are determined. The report can also be reset, in other words, it can also be repeated for past periods.

The report can return the results as a group statement or an individual statement.

  • To generate a group statement, use the display variant 01SUMMENNW.
  • To generate an individual statement, use the display variant 01EINZELNW.

The report can also be started without a display variant. Instead, you can use the following criteria to sort the results and form subtotals:

  • Company code
  • Personnel area
  • Personnel subarea
  • Employee group
  • Employee subgroup
  • Employee subgroup grouping for construction industry
  • Contribution area
