Purpose

You use this report to display employer notifications to professionals pension organizations.

Prerequisites

The notifications have already been created using the report Create DEUEV Notifications for Professionals Pension.

Integration

The report displays notifications only. You use the following report to process notifications and to change the status of notifications:

Selection

Notification Selection group box

You can use these parameters to restrict the selection of notifications to time-based criteria.

  • Creation period
The system selects only notifications that were created in a specific payroll period by the report Create DEUEV Notifications for Professionals Pension. You can enter the payroll period in the Payroll Period group box.
  • Notifications from year
The system selects only messages whose notification period lies in the specified year.
  • No time restrictions
The system selects all messages regardless of the time of the status change.
  • Run identification
The system selects only messages with the specified run identification.

Func. Selection group box

This is where you indicate if you want to see only notifications that require an action or if you want to see all notifications.

Output

Overview List

The system displays the selected notifications in an overview list.

Detail Screen

You can display a detailed view of notifications by selecting the relevant notifications and choosing the Details pushbutton. You can double-click an individual notification to display its details.

The detailed view is structured as follows:

  • Display of all existing data modules with the contents of all the relevant fields
  • Display of the status history
The system displays all the status changes in an overview that is sorted in descending order according to the time of change. The current status is displayed in the first row.
