Title
Group data records by health insurance receiving office
Purpose
You can use this program to group the data records created in statement processing for the receiving offices of the health insurance funds.
Compacting this information helps to better organize and simplify electronic communications with agencies
to account for the fact that sometimes several health insurance funds (for example, locally distributed offices such as "Ortskrankenkassen") share the same receiving office.
You then send the compacted data records over the Internet using the B2A Manager.
Integration
This program is intended only for use with statements and the B2A Manager.
Select the respective application in the Goto menu.

Prerequisites
You have created the relevant data records in statement processing.
Features
Selection
Choose Enter to display all data records or make selections in the selection area by personnel number, personnel area, and so forth.

Activities

Simulate a grouping of data records:
Select the desired data records and choose the Collect button. - Review the log.
- If the log is okay, deselect the Simulation indicator and repeat the activity.
- You can view the grouped data records in the B2A Manager.
