1. Family support files download

1.1 Program access

Report name: RPCCSTH4

Accessing from menu:
Human Resources -> Payroll -> Subsequent activities -> Per payroll period -> Statements -> Social insurance -> List and download family services files

1.2 Program objectives

The program can check the existence of the files created by the program for the settlement of services paid by family aid paying offices as well as download these.

1.3 Specifying selection criteria

  • Payment office code: - The files connected to the paying office specified here will be listed or downloaded.
  • Year/Month: - The files relevant for the payroll month specified here will be listed or downloaded.
  • Check files existence: - If this field is selected, the program checks whether the necessary files have already been created for the specific paying office and payroll month.
  • Files download: - If this field is selected, the files for the specific paying office and payroll month can be downloaded to the workstation.
  • SAP directory: - The name of the directory where the program performing the settlement of the services paid by the family aid paying offices has created the files. This information is necessary when checking the existence of the files as well as during the download of the files. E.g. /usr/sap/trans/tmp/
  • PC directory: - The name of the directory for copying the files during download has to be specified here. E.g. C:\

1.4 Program run result

If the 'Check files existence' option is selected, the program will check whether the summary and the detailed file exist for the specified paying office and payroll month.

If the 'Files download' option is checked, the program will copy the summary and detailed files belonging to the selected paying office and payroll month into the specified PC directory. Name of the files downloaded: 'osszesit.txt' and 'reszlet.txt'.
