Purpose

You can use this report to decluster existing payroll results stored in cluster table PCL2 and store the data in transparent tables as well as the existing cluster tables.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have done the following:

  • Switched on the declustering function (business function HCM_LOC_CI_50)
  • Switched on the declustering CE function (business function HCM_LOC_CI_75)
  • Configured the relevant entries for the RELID you want to use
  • Defined the database connection per PCLx table and RELID
  • Configured which subset of the allowed cluster tables shall be declustered, using the following Customizing activities:
  • Define Settings for Declustering Tools

  • Register Payroll Result Tables to Be Declustered

You can access the Customizing activites under Declustering Tools in the Payroll Internationaland Payrollcountry structures.

Features

Selection

This report uses the PNPCE logical database and the employee selection is based on the PNPCE logical database. The selection criteria for the report are:

o,,HR Master Data selection criteria (PNPCE)

o,,Cluster ID (RELID) and tables to be declustered

o,,Data selection interval (PNPCE fields)

The key date for filtering the payroll result to be declustered can be selected from:

  • For Period End Date
  • In Period End Date
  • Payment Date

The key date will be compared with the data selection period in the PNPCE.

You must specify the cluster selection criteria to define which tables in which IDs are to be declustered for payroll results stored in cluster tables with country specific IDs. By default, the tables to be declustered are decided by your selection in Customizing, however, you can overwrite Customizing and manually select tables by selecting Manual Select Tables.

For payroll result data already declustered into transparent tables but deleted from cluster tables, select Delete Inconsistent Data, to remove the data from the transparent tables. This checkbox is selected by default.

To see the log containing the information of payroll results being processed, select Detailed Log.

Standard Variants

Output

The log contains statistics on the number of employees being processed and the transparent tables being updated. If Detailed Log is selected, the information on payroll results being processed will be displayed.

Activities

You can access this report from the SAP Easy Access Menu for Payroll under Subsequent Activities. For example, for Payroll International, choose Human resources -> Payroll-> International -> Subsequent Activities -> Payroll Result Declustering Initial Load for Concurrent Employment (transaction HRDCT_LOAD_PY_RX).
