RPCDEPBSVANO_MASS_PRINT - Mass Printing of Notifications
PERFORM Short Reference BAL Application Log DocumentationThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You use this report for the mass creation of attachments for payroll from pension administration data.
The report creates all the notifications that were assigned in Customizing in a package in the business
scenario DEPA (Pension Administration). You select this package via an entry in the table T7PBSNO6B with the initial fields business scenario and business sub-scenario.
For more information, see SAP Customizing Implementation Guide under Pension Administration → Notifications → Basic Settings ->
If
you are using a different customer-specific business scenario from DEPA,
you can disclose this in Customizing under Pension Administration → Process Control for the Process Workbench Engine → Meanings of Process Scenarios ->
The payroll results determine whether a notification is created in a specific period. The system checks
whether a wage type for the cumulation wage type ANLA has changed when
compared with the previous period or payroll. If it has, notifications are created for the corresponding period.
You can override this in the Additional Parametersgroup box by selecting
the Force Document Creationcheckbox. If you select this checkbox, the system creates notifications for all the periods in the selected time period.
Prerequisites
The required notifications have been assigned to the corresponding package in Customizing. The required wage types have also been assigned to the cumulation wage type ANLA.
Selection
The selected period determines the in-periods that are evaluated. If retroactive accounting data exists, this will also be taken into account.
If you select the Force Document Creationcheckbox, the system creates notifications for all the periods in the selected time period.
Output
The system generates a spool request containing the notifications created.
