Purpose

You use this report to retrieve the Dimona infotype records that are required to be declared to the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ ONSS).

The report retrieves Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records with a preparedstatus, and writes them to a declaration file. The declaration file is stored in the TemSe (Temporary Sequential) database. The declaration file can be sent to the RSZ/ ONSS electronically, or the declaration can be submitted manually (telephone or Web site).

Integration

You execute this report after you have executed the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report.

After the Dimona Declaration: Generation report has been executed and the declaration file is created, you can complete the following:

  • View the contents of the declaration file using the B2A Manager (H99_B2AMANAGER) and Status Handler Viewer (RPDHDL9S) reports
  • Submit the declarations manually, either via telephone or Web site
  • Submit the declaration electronically via XML file transfer. You use the B2A Manager to execute each of the steps required to process the file.
Note that for each processing step, the system creates an extra line item for the Dimona declaration with the corresponding status (for example, XML file downloaded, Sent, Positive Receipt).

Prerequisites

To generate the declaration file successfully, you have completed Customizing, infotype maintenance, and process activities.

Customizing

  • You have maintained the Dimona sender number in Customizing for Maintain Constants. Note that although the sender number is not used within the Dimona declaration, the number is used as part of the automatically generated declaration file name.

Infotype maintenance

  • You have accurately maintained employee data. In particular, you have maintained the INSS number for the employee in the Organizational Assignment(0001) infotype, or maintained accurate personal data in the Personal Data (0002) and Addresses(0006) infotypes. Note that if the INSS number is not available for the employee, the employee is uniquely identified according to a selection of data available in the Personal Data (0002) and Addresses(0006) infotypes.

Process

  • You have prepared the declaration data successfully, using the Dimona Declaration: Preparation(RPCDIPB0) report.

Features

Only infotype records with a preparedstatus are selected for inclusion in Dimona declarations. The sent declarations correspond to records in the Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype and have various statuses according to their processing progress and file submission progress, as follows.

  • The status of the declaration file is linked to the processing status of the file in the B2A Manager
  • The status for the declared employee record is linked to the corresponding Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype record

You can choose to create a declaration file for each employee, or you can create one declaration file for multiple employees.

Dimona declarations involving student employees also report the number of work days per quarter planned for the employee, as specified in the Contract Elements (0016) infotype. For each specified year/ quarter, the Dimona Declaration: Preparation ( RPCDIPB0) report prepares a Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype record that contains the planned number of work days.

Dimona declarations for student employees contain data as follows:

  • A specific worker type (STU); this value is retrieved by the DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report for further processing and is stored in the Worker Type (00655) field of the electronic DmfA file
  • The planned number of work days for the year and quarter. The planned work days are compared to a reference period for social insurance contributions. If the maximum number of work days for the reference period is exceeded, then the student employee is required to make standard SI contributions. Students that make standard SI contributions can be distinguished from other employees by the Employee specification field value
  • Note that the occupation period for student employees is split by quarter; a separate Dimona inor updatedeclaration is reported for each quarter in the occupation period

Selection

You can make various selections according to time-dependent and organizational needs. If you do not enter a personnel number or a selection of personnel numbers, the system processes all personnel numbers. Note that this is not recommended for larger companies.

In addition, you can prepare data as follows:

  • Specify whether you want to submit the Dimona declarations manually or whether you want to submit the declarations in electronic format. If files are submitted electronically, the electronic file is stored in the TemSe directory and the sender ID is mandatory.
  • Execute the report in test mode (default value). If the report is run in test mode, the corresponding declaration is stored in the TemSe but no B2A process will be initiated.

Standard Variants

Output

If you have executed the report in test mode, the report output contains a log with the declaration data for each relevant employee, that is, for those employees that have a Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype record with a planned status. The traffic light indicates whether the declaration was successfully generated for the employee. The DAQ is used for the data retrieval (form DIMN).

You can also see the type of declaration created for the employee (Dimona IN, Dimona OUT, Dimona UPDATE, Dimona CANCEL).

If you have executed the file in actual (production) mode, then the report data is written to a file in the TemSe directory. To view the contents of this file, you can use the B2A Manager.

If you run the report in background, execute transaction SM37 (Simple Job Selection) and select All Spool Lists to display both the list of employess for which data has been generated and the number of the generated TemSe file (when exectuing the report in production mode).

Declaration files are automatically assigned a file name, according to the file naming convention specified by the RSZ/ ONSS.
