Purpose

You use this report to prepare data for use in the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0). The report can be used to prepare Dimona declaration data as follows:

  • Convert historical Dimona Declaration(0735) infotype fields for use by the new Dimona declaration process (valid 2010).
  • If you have activated duplicate prevention, you use this report to populate the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0), by migrating data from the existing Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records and removing duplicate or overlapping declaration records.
  • If you have activated duplicate prevention, you use this report to update the Form Reference field for historical Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records.

Integration

If duplicate prevention is activated, the central table is referenced when declaration data is prepared using the Dimona Declaration: Preparation (RPCDIPB0) report. The preparation report checks the table for existing Dimona records. If a duplicate or overlapping record exists, no new record is created.

Prerequisites

You have activated duplicate prevention in Customizing for Activate Duplicate Prevention.

Features

The report is used to establish the data that is referenced when Dimona declarations are prepared.

The data is established in a sequence of steps, as follows:

  • Convert historical Dimona declaration data
This step is used to convert historical Dimona declaration data, according to the requirements of the new Dimona declaration process (valid October 1, 2010). The conversion updates a range of fields, including the Period ID and Declaration Numberfields, with historical values so that the fields can be correctly referenced by the new declaration process (valid October 1, 2010). This preparation step is mandatory.
  • If duplicate prevention is activated, you populate the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0)
This step is used to migrate data from the existing Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records to the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0). The system automatically migrates the required data to the central table, according to the rules and logic for occupation periods, as prescribed by the National Office for Social Security (RSZ/ ONSS). Depending on your system settings, you may also need to complete specific checks to ensure that duplicate and overlapping records are not declared.
This preparation step is optional. Your existing data and reporting requirements will determine whether it is necessary to populate the central table with Dimona declaration infotype records.
  • If duplicate prevention is activated, update historical Dimona declaration data, using the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0) created in the previous step
Then the Declaration number(STMOD) is copied from the central table to the Form Reference field of all Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records with the same employment key.
This preparation step is optional. Your existing data and reporting requirements determine whether it is necessary to populate the central table with Dimona declaration infotype records.
  • If duplicate preventionis activated, set the status handler status to Accepted(31).
By means of the declaration number (STMOD), the report reads the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0). In case an entry is found, the Status Handler Table (T5F99SR) is updated with status Accepted(31). You are now able to run the Dimona preparation report processing the loaded data.

After the Dimona Declaration: Prepare Reference Data (RPCDIUB0) report has been executed, and duplicate and overlapping records have been removed, then the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0) can be referenced by the Dimona Declaration: Preparation ( RPCDIPB0) report. The resulting central table provides a summarized view of Dimona records, with duplicate and overlapping records represented by one record only. When a duplicate record exists, one record is retained in the central table and a link to the duplicate record is retained.

Selection

You can make various selections according to organizational needs. If you do not enter a personnel number or a selection of personnel numbers, the system processes all personnel numbers. Note that this is not recommended for larger companies.

In addition, you can prepare data as follows:

  • Prepare Data
  • You convert historical Dimona declaration data, according to the requirements of the new Dimona declaration process (valid October 1, 2010). This preparation step is mandatory.

  • You migrate data from the existing Dimona Declaration (0735) infotype records to the HR-BE: Dimona Central Table (T5BDI0), if required. The system identifies and removes duplicate or overlapping declaration records from the migrated data (where possible). This preparation step is optional.

  • You can update historical Dimona declaration data with an internal technical identifier that uniquely identifies an employee's declaration file.

  • Execution Mode
You can use this field to execute the report in test mode.
