RPCDLGJ0 - Delete Access / Individual number and Update Logs (Japan)

Purpose

You use this report to delete the access log or update log.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

Specify the log type that you want to delete; the update log, access log, or the individual number log. You can only select one type of log at one time.

Delete Access Log or Delete Update Log

In the selection group box, you enter the required information such as personnel number, infotype, subtype, and so on.

Delete Individual Number Log

In the selection group box, you enter the required information such as personnel number, transaction code, logged user, and other time-specific criteria.

When you choose to run the report in background, you can select Show Deleted Logs. The system keeps the information about the results; the list of deleted logs.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays the selection criteria and the entries with the following information in the output.

• The previous person and the last person who changed the infotype or access the individual number.

• The time that the change or access happened.

• The personnel number of the relevant employee.

• The infotypes and the subtypes that were changed.

• The operations that were performed.

After you delete all the entries in the output, the system shows the following information:

• The status of the deletion: Successful or Not Available.

• The number of the entries that have been deleted.
