RPCDMAI0 - DMA Report

Purpose
You use this report to prepare a file with the data required by the DMA return. You can then upload this file to INPDAP's web site.
Integration
Prerequisites
To prepare the data to be compiled in this report, you have run the Payroll accounting program - Italy (RPCALCI0)with the DMA Splits Calculation payroll function (IDMA). The IDMA function was implemented when you activated Public Sector Italy.
The DMA Report collects a variety of information, including the DMA splits that the system records in the DMA Splits infotype (3206), when you do the payroll run.

Selection
To run the report, enter the Personnel Number and the Data Selection Period.
The Data Extraction section tracks the declarations and their statuses.

After you run the report, it generates a TemSe file which is read and handled by the Public Sector TemSe Viewer(RPUTMSI0_PS) Report. To access the results, select the Temse pushbutton.
The file you must send to INPDAP cannot be larger than 1.38 MB (in a compressed format). Select the Split File pushbutton to split the file in as many files as necessary to comply with the size accepted by INPDAP.
Note that this functionality is only available in conjunction with SAP enhancement package 5 for SAP ERP 6.0.
