Description

Management of documents for sick pay/nursing care allowance/PMD/VPTM applications saved in the NEMPRI and HZUPN clusters (hereafter DPN cluster)

This report is designed for the central documentation management in the DPN cluster. It servers for maintenance of DPN documents, output DPN batches, DPN documents in a batch.

Maintenance of DPN documents allows the following actions:

  • view document
  • edit not submitted document
  • print selected documents - using the PDF form
  • delete selected and not submitted documents
  • download output XML file for selected documents - a new XML file is created and saved in the local PC
  • create output DPN batch with selected documents
  • go to the output DPN batch details

Maintenance of output DPN batches allows the following actions:

  • go to the DPN documents details in the output batch
  • print documents from selected batches - using the PDF form
  • delete selected and not submitted batches
  • download output XML file for selected batches - a new XML file is created and saved in the local PC
  • submit selected batches - according to the output screen parameters settings; data can be saved for processing by external program, digitally signed or submitted to PVS/VREP as requested
  • download submitted XML file for selected batches - download a XML file generated at the moment of submission
  • confirm selected and submitted output batches
  • reject selected and submitted output batches - upon this action, a list of documents of the batch is displayed to select the ones not received by CSSZ
  • reset submission of selected and already submitted output batches
  • Note: If a SCPI communication is configured, confirm and reject functions work in the same way. No matter, which button is used. Current submission status at APEP( CSSZ) will always be read. In case the status is not known yet, a prompt for update will be issued by means of the RPCPVSTCHECK report - transaction PC00_M18_APEP_CK_RES

Maintenance of documents in the output DPN batch allows the following actions:

  • view document
  • edit not submitted document
  • print selected documents - using the PDF form
  • delete selected and not submitted documents
  • download output XML file for selected documents - a new XML file is created and saved in the local PC
  • insert NEMPRI document link into unsent batch
  • delete link to selected documents from unsent batch

Selection screen description:

Message type

Select NEMPRI, if you want to manage data created by the RPCDNPT9 program
Select HZUPN, if you want to select data created by the RPCDPNT1 program

"Items selection from cluster” tab

This tab can be used to set a filter according the document statuses in the DPN cluster. The following filter types are supported:

  • "Sick pay type"
  • "Certificate number"
  • "Creation type"
  • "Submission type"
  • "Status at CSSZ"
  • “Output batch number"

"Print” tab

This tab can be used to select a printer for PDF format print output.

"Submission to PVS” tab

This tab allows to set a batch submission type to be used in the RPCDNPT9_MNG report after clicking the 'Submit’ button (displayed for the output batch maintenance only):

  • "save - w/o signature" - save a batch into the XML file. Signature and submission is to be done using an external program, e.g. 602FormFiller.
  • "save - signature on PC" - batch conversion into the XML format including digital signature on a local PC. Output file is saved in the local PC with logical path setting HR_CZ_PVS_NEMPRI_FRONTEND (transaction FILE). Digital signature of the batch follows the SSF procedure on a local PC in the function module HR_CZ_RELDP_SIGN_BY_USER. If the "Dialog at signature on PC” parameter is selected, it is possible to change the output file location. Submission is to be done using an external program.
  • "save - signature on appl.serv." - performs batch conversion into the XML format including digital signature on application server Output file is saved on application server with logical path setting HR_CZ_PVS_NEMPRI_APPSERV (transaction FILE). Digital signature of the batch follows the SSF procedure on application server in the function module HR_CZ_RELDP_SIGN_BY_AS.
  • "send - signature on PC" - performs batch conversion into the XML format including digital signature on a local PC and submission to PVS/VREP. Output file is also saved in the local PC with logical path setting HR_CZ_PVS_NEMPRI_FRONTEND (transaction FILE). For submission and digital signature, the same configuration is used as the one defined in the T5TPVSPAR table for ELDP and ONZ. If a value of the switch REPRT/SPCPI in the V_T5T77S0 table is X, SCPI communication is used for both types and this setting is not relevant here.

"Dialog at signature on PC” - a dialog window opens to edit the resulting location. This option is valid for "save - signature on PC" and "send - signature on PC” only.

"User interface” tab

This tab allows settings for initial ALV screen size and initial variants for ALV lists.

Initial ALV screen size can be one of the following:

  • "Size 27x120" - 27 char. height , 120 char. width
  • "Size 36x160" - 36 char. height , 160 char. width
  • "Size 45x200" - 45 char. height , 200 char. width
  • "Size 54x240" - 54 char. height , 240 char. width

“User variant for data document management" - initial variant for ALV list of data documents

“User variant for output batch management" - initial variant for ALV list of output batches

“User variant for management of data documents in a batch" - initial variant for ALV list of data documents in the output batch
