Purpose

You use this program BEFORE RUNNING Hazardous or Unpleasant Work with the CPP table for the DSN to pre-fill the DSN payroll data in the Hazardous or Unpleasant Work transparent payroll tables and to subsequently maintain the deltas generated by this pre-filling.

Important note: Carefully read all of the instructions described in SAP Note 2366256.

With this program you can:

  1. Save the DSN payroll data in the Hazardous or Unpleasant Work transparent payroll table:
  • T5FDSNCPP

This table is different to the DSN payroll history cluster tables.
  1. Once the DSN payroll data have been saved, detect the deltas, i.e. identify the employees for whom the data in this table does not match the data of the initial pre-filling.
  2. Change, add or delete data in this transparent table - once these deltas have been analyzed - by using the Mass Upload/Download function.

Selection

The first two boxes are identical to the boxes in the payroll driver for France (RPCALCF0):

  • Payroll Period and Payroll Area: fill in these fields to simulate a payroll.
  • Select Personnel Numbers

In the Payroll Parameters box, you MUST enter the payroll schema that generates the DSN payroll data, otherwise no data will be generated by this program and there will be no data in the transparent table.

The Forced Retroactive Calculation Due field is optional. You fill it according to the rules at your company.

Note:
If you enter a date prior to that entered in the Payroll Period field, the payroll driver will simulate a payroll from said date up to the payroll period selected.

The Program Execution Parameters box contains the following checkboxes:

  • With Log
    Check this box to display the log for the simulated payroll. This option is particularly recommended when the data for the simulated payroll are incorrect. On the other hand, it is not recommended if the selected number of employees is too high.

Mass Modification of Table Data in Excel

To access this function, click on the Excel Mode/Mass Download/Upload Modeicon.

  1. You can download the contents of the table in Excel for one or several employees. Each Excel file contains just one table. Once downloaded, you can change, add or delete data.
  2. You can then upload this modified file in SAP HCM. During the upload, the program deletes all the data in the table in question for the corresponding personnel numbers and will replace this table with the data from the Excel file.

Standard Variants

Output

A tree structure is generated: you can display the contents of the DSN payroll transparent tables and the data output from the payroll simulation. There are various levels of display:

  • Specialized View
  • By Period
    This lets you display the contents of a table for a given period. The contents of the selected table are then displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. If you select the same table for another employee, the contents of this table for the employee in question are added on the right-hand side.

  • By Employee (Direct View by Employee)
    This lets you display the contents of a table for a given employee.

Note: You cannot select a table in Direct View by Employee and in Specialized View for a period at the same time.
  • Complete View
    This lets you display the contents of a table.

As well as the standard buttons - Sort, Filter, Upload, Layout, Cumulate, etc. - Complete View also has the following buttons:

  • Edit mode: this lets you create, change or delete the entries in a table.
  • Save all: this lets you overwrite the contents of a table with all the data resulting from the simulation.
