RPCDTBG0 - Preliminary DME Program for Separate Payment Run (GB)

Use
Report RPCDTBG0 is a preliminary data medium program that must be started before payroll accounting. It selects records with the UBWLGART wage type (parameter "wage type to be transferred") and reads the corresponding personnel data from the following infotypes:
- External Bank Transfers (Infotype 0111)
- Recurring Benefits/Deductions (Infotype 0014)
- Additional Payments (Infotype 0015)
On the basis of these records, the report creates input data for the data medium print program.
Note
The UBWLGART wage type requires a corresponding entry in the T520S table (Text Key for Data Carrier).
The payee key is selected on the 0011 infotype using the T521B table, and the purpose is transferred. For infotypes 0014 and 0015, bank data is determined at the end of the selection period on the basis of the employees' first bank connection.
Please note that the wage type to be transferred is coded as an 'advance', so that the amount is deducted from net pay when payroll accounting is affected.
Each infotype is stamped with a bank transfer date which is the last day of the payroll period selected for processing. The presence of this date will prevent changes being made to the infotype entry after it has been process for payment to the bank.
Data is converted into input data for payment medium creation program (transaction PC00_M99_FPAYM) in the same way as in report RPCDTAG0. For more information, see RPCDTAG0.
