RPCE2LD0 - ELStAM Procedure: Display Employment Tax Features

Purpose

The report RPCE2LD0 lists the ELStAM data of employees.

The processes provided by the ELStAM procedure (Registration, Change Notification, and Deregistration) are stored by the system to the relevant data tables. You can use this report to display the content of these tables. In particular, the system indicates any errors that may have occurred during report output.

Integration

This report is an evaluation tool for monitoring the current ELStAM procedure (administrator list).

Prerequisites

You have made the Customizing settings for the ELStAM procedure and registered the participating employees with the clearing house.

Features

Selection

Person Selection Period group box

The person selection period is the selected payroll period.

• Start
  Enter an alternative start date for the person selection period.

• End
  Enter an alternative end date for the person selection period.

Selection by Report group box

• Processing Data Ticket No.
  The system displays the ELStAM data for a processing data block.

• Notification Type
  The system only displays data for the selected notification type.

Selection by Status group box

• Status of Data Record
  The system only displays data for the selected status.

• Select Current Data Records Only
  The system only displays the last ELStAM notification for each employee.

Time-Based Restrictions group box

The system only displays data records whose key date is in the specified time period.

Output Options group box

• Short Log
  The system displays a list with the processed personnel numbers and a short description for each ELStAM notification.

• Log
  The system displays the ELStAM data for each processed personnel number.

Standard Variants

Output

The data is output as ALV or a print list depending on the selected print options.

Activities

Any errors that occur must be resolved by the administrator.
