RPCE2LD0_TODO - ELStAM: Administrator Task List

Purpose

The report is used in the process flow of the ELStAM procedure, from which a task list is generated. The report RPCE2LD0_TODO displays this list for administrators and facilitates the administration of the processing status of each task.

Features

Selection

Restrict the selection to personnel numbers or organizational criteria as required.

All open tasks are displayed in the basic settings. Alternatively, you can restrict the display to a processing status of the task (New, In Process, or Completed).

You can also select the Display History field to display the history of the processing status.

If you select the field Display Unassigned Tasks, tasks that cannot be assigned to a personnel number are also considered.

Output

SAP List Viewer is used for the output. You can modify the layout to suit your requirements in the relevant tables and save the layout for further use.

The following actions are possible:

• Display the message long text (if the message has a long text)

• Display the messages that belong to a task

• Change the processing status of one or more tasks

If you run the report in the background or start it from the menu using "Execute and Print", you receive a list of the selected tasks only. To adjust the list structure to meet your needs, select the parameter "List Output (w/o Interaction)" and start the report in the system. Save a suitable layout as the default layout. This layout is then used when you run the report in the background.
