RPCEAHD0 - Transfer Reimbursement Notifications

Purpose

A file with reimbursement notifications is created for every sending personnel (sub)area and receiving office of the health insurer

The file is stored as a TemSe object and forwarded to the B2A Manager. The notification file can be sent with transaction PB2A (selection by area SI (social insurance) and document type OAAG (reimbursement of employer expenses)) .

Prerequisites

You have created notifications with report RPCEAVD0. The notifications have the status New.

Features

If the parameter Database Update is checked in the Program Control group box, all notifications that are contained in a file are set to the status Transferred.

Selection

You determine the payroll period to be evaluated and the employees to be selected in the Payroll Period and Selection group boxes. If an employee was selected, all existing notifications with the status New are written to the associated TemSe file. The status of the selected notifications changes from New to Transferred.

Output

The report log is divided into the following sections:

  • Header
This section displays the Run Identification, which consists of the date and time. The system assigns this ID to all the notifications that were transferred in this run. With report RPCEALD0_OUT_DISPLAY you can display all the notifications that were transferred in this run by using this run identification in the selection.
  • Files created
The created files are listed. A file can only be sent if a value greater than zero is entered in the Transferred Notifications column. The TemSe object that contains the initial record, the communication data record, the messages, and the postprocessing record is only created if a database update is to be performed. The contents of the TemSe object can be displayed with report RPUTSVD9.
  • General notifications
In this section the incorrect messages are output that show why notifications could not be transferred.
  • Statistics
In this section, data relating to the processing of the personnel numbers and the notifications is output.

Activities

If all notifications were transferred in the report log under Statistics, dispatch can be performed with the B2A manager.

Distributed reporting

Report RPCEAHD0 can use the framework report RPUD3MD0 to group the notifications from multiple clients/systems into a single notification file for each sender and recipient.
