RPCEALD0_OUT_DISPLAY - Display Reimbursement Notifications

Purpose
This report is used to display notifications for the reimbursement of employer expenses.
Integration
The report only displays the notifications. To process the notifications and to change the status of the notifications, use report
Prerequisites
The notifications have already been created with report
The report cannot be started in the batch.
Features
Selection
Selection of Notifications group box
You can use these parameters to restrict the selection of the notification to a certain point in time (
- Without time restriction
- All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.
- Run identification
- Only notifications with the specified run identification (date, time) are selected.
Function Selection group box
Here, you specify whether you would like to display only notifications that require an action or whether you would like to display all notifications.
Standard Variants
Output
The selected reimbursement notifications are initially displayed in an overview list.
If you select notifications and press the Details button, you can display a detailed display of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click for a detailed display.
The detailed view is structured as follows:
- Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields
- Display of status history
- All status changes made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order according to the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
