Purpose

This report reads the payslip data generated by the Remuneration Statements(RPCEDTS0) report and maps the fields in the payslip to its corresponding fields in the XML payslip form.

The Remuneration statement in XML format(RPCEDTS0_XML) report uses an SAP standard payslip form, SFX1, for XML generation.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have maintained the following:

  • Payslip field mapping to XML nodes (V_T5SXM)

In this table, you map the fields and their positions in the XML payslip to the fields and their positions in the standard payslip.

  • Addresses (V_T536A)

In this table, you maintain the addresses that the report uses to generate the payslip in XML format..

Features

Selection

1. Enter the relevant selection criteria.

  • Payroll Period - Specify the last executed payroll period. The conversion records then get the last date in the payroll period as reporting date.
  • Further Payroll Selection criteria- You can generate the report based on factors such as Personnel Number, Company Code, Personnel Area
  • To report the negative Change in Salary event, select Annual Salary Decrease.

2. General Program Control

  • Form name - Enter the payslip form name used to generate the XML. SAP provides the standard form SFX1 (recommended) . If you change the form, also change the entries in V_T5SXM accordingly.
  • Test run - To generate the XML in a test mode, select Test run. In this case, the XMl tag will be set to 'test' else it will be set to 'prod'.

3. Remuneration statement parameters - Enter the remuneration statement variant to execute the Remuneration Statements(RPCEDTS0) report. The values as per this variant will be used to generate the payslip.

4. Enter an Address Key to identify the name of the company name, logo, phone email, www etc. You can configure the same using the table view Addresses (T536A).

5. Contact Person- Enter the values for contact person, his phone and email. This will be put in the XML tags , and respectively.

6. Extra Pages - Enter the number of Soft pages( soft copy attachments) and hard pages( hard copy attachments) that will be sent to the authorities along with the XML file. In the XMl the names for these files will follow naming convention as - i.e. organization number followed by sequence number of the file .

7. Storage of XML.

,,Select 'No Storage' - if you do not want to save the XML, but only view it.

,,Select 'Local File' - if you want to save the file on your local system. Give the path.

,,Select 'Application Server' - if you want to save the file on the application server

The report generates the remuneration statement in XML format.
