Purpose

This report enables you to generate remuneration statement for more than one period. You can generate the remuneration statements for all the payroll periods in the selected date range or period at the same time.

Selection

Periodgroup box

Select the period for which the remuneration statement needs to be generated. You can also choose a payroll period based on a payroll area.

Selection Criteria group box

Select

• Person, or a range of persons

• Personnel number, or a range of personnel numbers.

• Payroll accounting area, or a range of payroll accounting areas

Report and Variant group box

• CEDT

To generate output based on CEDT, you must specify the name of the report and the variant. If you have selected the country grouping, the standard report names are automatically populated. To manually enter the report name, remove any selected country grouping.

• HRFORMS

To generate output based on HRFORMS, you must specify the form name and the variant. If you have selected the country grouping, the value help for the Form Name field displays only those forms that are relevant to the selected country grouping.

The system displays List for CEDT report and PDF for HRFORMS.
