Purpose

Report RPCEEWD0_OUT creates outbound notifications for the notification procedure for compensation benefits for reporting reason 99 (change of reporting office).

The social insurance agency must be informed of the change of reporting office if an employee receives compensation benefit payments at the time of the change. If the benefit payment has already ended, or if the request for the end of the compensation benefit or a preexisting condition request has already been sent, a notification is not required.

Selection

• Sender Personnel Area:

You can limit the selection to a specific sending personnel area or personnel subarea. If you only enter one personnel area, the program considers all assigned personnel subareas.

• Personnel number:

You can limit your selection to specific personnel numbers. Check regular benefits payment:

• Evaluation date:

The current date is automatically entered in the Evaluation Date field.

If possible, the report should be run with the date of the change of reporting office. You should not enter a date in the future as possible absences can not yet be determined. Entering a date in the past may also lead to problems as data that is already outdated may be included in the notification, for example a personnel area that is no longer valid.
