RPCELDT2S - Program for RELDP sending

Description

Program for ELDP sending valid from 1.1.2004.

Program RPCELDT2S reads ELDPs from a cluster and sends them to CSSZ (OSSZ). Program generates also ID of the sent file a saves it in the T5TSELDP table.

Description of the selection screen:

Output type

XML file for ELDP - if you select this parameter, the ELDP will be saved in .XML file and sent to CSSZ. If you select XML with signature, the signing will be done at SAP. If you do not select XML with signature, you must use a third-party SW to sign the file. File signature done in SAP is valid for the file saved on PC.

ELDP print file - if you select this parameter, the ELDP will be saved in .DEL file to be printed from ELDP using the EXPRIT software. This SW can be downloaded from the EXPRIT web site.

Print using SmartForms - if you select this parameter, the ELDP will be processed using SmartForms with a name defined in a variant. The following SmartForms will be created: HR_CZ_RELDP_HP4 (ELDP with background), HR_CZ_RELDP_HP4_BEZ_POZADI (ELDP without background)), HR_CZ_RELDP_SWIN ((ELDP with background), HR_CZ_RELDP_SWIN_BEZ_POZADI ((ELDP without background).

File with ELDP on PC - if you select this parameter, files in .XML or .DEL formats will be saved on PC.

File with ELDP on appl.server - if you select this parameter, files in .XML or .DEL formats will be saved on application server.

ELDP file name - enter ELDP file path for saving on PC or on application server. Saving is controlled by options 'File with ELDP on PC' or 'File with ELDP on appl.server'. File name consist of: a part entered in the "ELDP file name" parameter, file ID generated by the system and file type specified in the "ELDP file type" parameter.

File name structure is the following:

- system ID (position 1 - 3)

- value of a parameter of the RPCELDT2S selection screen "Param.for file access" (position 4 - 12). The parameter value is read from user master record.

- system date (position 13 - 20)

- system time (position 21 - 27)

The file is saved in folder specified in the "ELDP file name" parameter.

ELDP file type - enter file type for ELDP file ID. If left blank, file type .DEL will be used for mass ELDP printing and file type .XML for files sent using floppy disk or PVS.

Param.for file access - parameter value is read from user master record and is a part of the file name

VS for selecting items ELDP - if you enter organization VS, only items with this VS will be sent. If left blank, all selected ELDP items will be sent.

Number of items per file - if you create file to be sent using floppy disk or PVS, you can specify number of ELDPs contained in individual files.

Processing type

Test run - if you select this parameter, test run will be started without XML/DEL files created and SmartForms printed. Otherwise, the XML/DEL files will be created and SmartForms will be printed.

New (not sent) ELDPs - if you select this option, only new (not sent) ELDPs will be sent to CSSZ (OSSZ), or those, which were sent but rejected by CSSZ (OSSZ). These files have flag of a new ELDP, i.e. type 01, 51, and 71.

Correction ELDP - if you select this option, only corrected ELDPs will be sent to CSSZ (OSSZ), i.e. type 02, 52, and 72.

Forgotten ELDP - if you select this option, only forgotten ELDPs will sent to CSSZ (OSSZ), i.e. type 03, 53, and 73.

Do not send uncorr.rejected ELDP - if you select this option, uncorrected/rejected items will not be sent, i.e. item saved in the cluster in the same status as rejected.

ELDP without course of insurance - if you select this option, ELDP without data in the "Course of insurance in current year" part will be sent. Otherwise, such ELDP will be excluded.

Dates for ELDP

ELDP creation date change - use this option to change ELDP creation date and send it with this new date to CSSZ (OSSZ).

ELDP correction date change - use this option to change ELDP correction date and send it with this new date to CSSZ (OSSZ).

Display sent ELDP

Display sent ELDP - if you select this option, print output for ELDP sent will be created.

Display pension age - if you select this option, print output for ELDP will include date of the retirement age.

Print 3. part of ELDP - if you select this option, print output for ELDP will include identification data of the organization.

Print signature annex - if you select this option, ELDP will be displayed together with the signature annex.

List sent files - if you select this option and "XML file ELDP = 'X' parameter is set, listing of sent files will be generated containing file ID, ELDP year and number of personal IDs in the file.

List sent files with pers.numbers - if you select this option, and "XML file ELDP = 'X' parameter is set, listing of sent ELDP will be generated containing personal number, name, ELDP type, insurance code and insurance dates.
