Description
Document for ELDZ
Employee LLR (page A) and income data
in specified year (page B) are printed.
When an employee works in a main and also in a second job,
excluded durations are checked for all personnel numbers which
are entered in IT0121.
The program RPCELDT2 is started from the program RPCELDT1.
The report starts in two modes
- annual list
Enter a beginning of year and an ending of year for selection period.
Person selection period can be empty.
- list of employees with termination in the month given
Enter a period using a payroll area control record and
mark the field "Termination in person selection period". The program
selects employees with a termination in the entered month
and prints their incomes for the whole year.
Additional data (not mentioned in the document)
Employment activities are numbered ascending and this number
is also entered for rows with chargeable incomes.
If incomes exist for an employee without any labour-law relationship
(DNP in protective period, insurable income after termination), the
system creates auxiliary "Employment activities" which are in the
column "Note":
OCH - protective period sick pays
PRI - income after termination
P+O - combined incomes after termination and protective period sick
pays
When an employee attains the age of retirement, the employment
activities record is separated in two and in the second record is
an abbreviation "AR" in the field "Note".
The above mentioned abbreviations are also in corresponding rows with
chargeable incomes.
Requirements
You must set labour-law relationship characteristic
in the table T5T47N (table enhacement T547V - LLR types entered in the
infotype 0016).
You must set absence types in the table T5T04
(table enhacement T554S).
During a month you can not payroll an employee under
one personnel number that has more than one labour-law relationship
in the month that differs in "Employment activities type" (see below)
and in the fact if single LLRs have or have not created an insurance
participation.
The system is not able to recognize if the insurance participation
has been created or has not been created in detail max. for one
month.
By contrast, under one personnel number you can record any number of
successive LLRs (of the given employee). If ending of one LLR and
beginning of another LLR occure in one month, the income is divided
between both proportionally by number of days counted.
The date for insurance participation creation should be the same as the
date of LLR inception. Otherwise, the date of the insurance
participation creation must be specified in infotype 0041 Dates (infotype validity start date must be identical with the date of
LLR inception) under the date type number 40.
Program is able to recognize the age of retirement attainment when the
age of retirement attainment date is specified in the infotype 0041
under the date type number 45. If the date type number 45 does not
exist, the date is determined by:
- birth date from infotype 0002
- gender (by form of address) from infotype 0002
- number of children (women) from infotype 0021
Valid subtype of infotype 0021 are entered as a single
parameter on the initial screen. When you select the
parameter "Children from 0002 preference to 0021", information
on number of children from infotype 0002 will have preference
to number of children calculation from infotype 0021.

Table T5T47N - employment activity type settings (ÚRO 165/1979)
Table content has an effect on list printing and not on premium
calculation. It is always controlled using the 0153 infotype content.
"EA type" - enter by F4 help. The text entered in the help will be
shown in ELDZ document header. When an employee has more than
one LLR with different values of this field during
a year, the report will print more "cards" for him
"DP partitipation" - enter by help
"Reg.status" - the field is not used currently
Table T5T04 - absence type settings
Following values are set in the column AWTY2
001 - illnesses
002 - family member treatment. Because it is counted only
003 - maternity leave
004 - reserve duty training exercise and active military service
005 - non-military service
006 - unpaid leave and absence without leave
