RPCERIV0 - Terminrapporten, reporting tax and employer's contribution

Purpose
This report is used to compute Employer's Contribution (ERC) data and prepare it for submitting to the authorities. The report is run every two months.
This report computes ERC for the selected employees based on the following criteria:
- Employee salary
- Employee age
- Municipality to which an employee belongs
- Status of the company, as assigned by the authorities
Note
You must use this report to generate ERC data for employees belonging to the Svalbard region only on a biannual basis.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have made the necessary settings in Customizing for Payroll Norway under:
- Basic Settings → Maintain Organizational Structure
- Payroll Norway → Reporting employer's contribution and taxation (terminrapporten)
- Payroll Norway → Altinn Communication Framework (ACF)
- To report employer contributions to Altinn, we recommend using the Altinn Communication Framework (ACF) Manager (transaction PC00_M20_ACF) instead of the Altinn-2 Integration option of this report. Therefore, you must migrate any applicable settings that you previously made under Payroll Norway → Reporting employer's contribution and taxation (terminrapporten) → Employer's Contribution Reporting to Payroll Norway → Altinn Communication Framework (ACF).
Features
Selection
- You can select employees based on their personnel numbers.
- To generate ERC data for employees who are from the Svalbard region, select the Svalbard Reporting check box.
- To calculate ERC for all the employees belonging to a specific organization within your company, enter the corresponding organization number(s).
- Specify the period for which you want to run the report.
- To check ERC data before sending it to the authorities, choose the Test run check box.
- To prepare ERC data for submission to the authorities, proceed as follows:
- Deselect the Test run check box.
- The ACF Integration, Altinn-2Integration and TemSe File radio buttons appear.
- Choose the ACF Integration radio button, and run the report.
- The system generates the ECF data and stores them in the internal document storage space, called the Altinn Communication Framework (ACF) storage.
- To report employer contributions to Altinn, use the Altinn Communication Framework (ACF) Manager (transaction PC00_M20_ACF). You can also use the ACF Manager to retrieve Altinn's response to the data that you have submitted. For more information, see Altinn Communication Framework (ACF) Manager
- Note
- The Altinn-2 Integration option for submitting data directly to Altinn is no longer supported. We recommend using the ACF Manager tool instead.
- TemSe file submission to Altinn is no longer supported; therefore, we do not recommend using this option.
- Specify any additional payments made to the employees that should be considered for computing ERC, in the Additional basis empl.contrib. field.
Standard Variants
Output
The ALV output of the report consists of the following details:
- Organization number for which you are reporting ERC
- Company status as assigned by the authorities
- ERC data per municipality
- ERC data per zone
