Purpose

You can use this report to report the notification AD (address of workplace) to Statistics Austria via electronic data transfer (ELDA).

The report creates an internal list that you can format variably using the ABAP List Viewer. If desired, you can also use report RPCL16A2 (AZ04) or transaction PCALZ (HR_AT_LZ_GLZ_02) to output a form that corresponds to the official form.

Integration

To generate the paper payslip and ELDA data records, this report may only be called from report RPCL16A2 or RPCGLZA0. If the report is run individually, the result is displayed in an ABAP list.

Prerequisites

Before you can create address notifications, the following conditions must be met:

  • In Customizing for Payroll: Austria, under Organizational Assignment, you have processed all activities in the section Personnel Subareas -> Address of Workplace. The addresses of all workplaces of your company (company name, personnel area/personnel subarea, street, house number, stairway, door/top, postal code, and city) must be stored there. Alternatively, you can use the BAdI BAdI: Get Address for ELDA Notification Type AD that you can access in Customizing.
  • You have successfully completed payroll for the period that you want to evaluate.

Features

Selection

Period

The SAP system suggests the year prior to the current year as the year for which the AD notification is to be created. It counts only the end date of the period.

Payroll Area

Evaluate the payroll areas of the Austrian employees together.

If you start the evaluation for a specific payroll area, persons that changed payroll area during the course of the year evaluated can be entered and evaluated during various report runs.

ELDA

  • If you want to create data records for the electronic data transfer (ELDA), select the field Creation of ELDA Records.
  • If you want to generate ELDA data records with a test checkbox, select the field With Test Checkbox.
  • If the generated ELDA data records need to be logged in detail, select the Logging field.

Details on List Output

For the output of the internal list, you can define your own display variant containing your preferred list layout (see Output). You can specify this variant in the field Variant for Internal List. SAP provides the standard display variant 01SAP.

General Setting

If you want to generate the reversal notifications (record type 46), select the field Force Reversal Notifications.

If you want to use a date other than the system date as the date of issue in the notification, you can fill the field Date of Issue.

Output

Internal List

The internal list is output using the ABAP List Viewer. You can adjust this list layout to reflect your needs. Generic functions for the following actions and features, for example, are available for this purpose:

  • Sort the list according to certain column criteria
  • Show and hide columns
  • Change column width
  • Create totals for value columns
  • Create control totals according to various criteria
  • Filter
  • Detail view for a list line
  • Mail connection
  • Excel download
  • Word download

Header Section of List

The header section is formatted dynamically. You can specify which sort fields are to be included in the header section as follows:

  1. In the list, choose Sort in Ascending Order or Sort in Descending Order.
The Define Sort Order dialog box is displayed.
  1. In Field List, select the sort fields to be included in the header section.
  2. Choose Show Selected Fields.
  3. In the Sort Fields table, enter an asterisk (*) for each sort field in the CB (control break) column.
  4. Choose OK.

Statistics

At the end of the list, it is stated how many persons

  • were selected
  • were processed
  • were rejected

and how many ELDA records were generated or have overrun.
