RPCGYMH0 - Data supply on the prolongation of GYED entitlement

1. Accessing the program

Transaction SA38: RPCGYMH0.

Menu path: Human Resources -> Payroll Accounting -> Europe -> Hungary -> Subsequent activities -> Per payroll period -> Statements -> Social insurance -> Data supply on the prolongation of GYED entitlement

2. Program objectives

The program creates a list on GYED entitlements prolonged by the Government Decree 59/2020. (III.23), with which the Excel sheet for data request by the Hungarian Treasury (MÁK) can be filled.

3. Specifying the selection criteria

• Extended list for review: as default, the program displays data in ALV format according to the MÁK data supply. If selecting the checkbox, further information are also displayed in the table for easier review.

4. Program operation

The program processes the most recent payroll result of the selected period without managing differences. Thus, by rerunning the program for an earlier period, the updated dataset of a modified period (due to retroactive accounting) can also be generated.
