This report is used to generate the leave entitlement for employees who have reached a certain age and therefore are entitled to extra leave based on the age.

Purpose

When an employee reaches a certain age he or she may have an extra leave entitlement. This report is used to generate this leave entitlement based on employee's age. It is also possible to take the number of days worked per week into account. By doing this you make sure that the employee gets the right percentage of the leave entitlement compared to the days worked per week.

Example

An employee has reached the age of 40 and is therefore entitled to one extra vacation day. The employee only works four days a week.

This means that the number of days worked per week (stored in infotype 7) is divided by the number of normal working days per week (stored in table T5M03) multiplied by the leave entitlement:

4/5 * 1 day = 0,8 day
