If you have to generate lists for requesting reduced hours compensation and seasonal reduced hours compensation for the relevant employment office or health insurance fund, use the report RHC/SRHC List for Employment Agency/HI Fund with Form Output (RPCKULD3) instead.

Use

This report is used to output the lists for requesting reduced hours compensation (RHC), winter compensation (WC) and winter compensation from contribution amount for the employment office and the health insurance funds.

Requirements

Before the lists can be generated, payroll must have run for all the selected personnel numbers for the period specified. An output for a specific personnel number will be generated only if RHC, winter compensation (WC) and/or winter compensation from contribution amount were settled for the person involved. The lists for the health insurance funds are generated only if an employee was sick on one day before the start of the reference period for RHC, WC or winter compensation from contribution amount.

Description

After payroll (RPCALCD0, schema D000 or DBAU), the report creates the following lists for any period:

  1. RHC list for employment office
  2. RHC list for the health insurance funds (if required)
  3. WC list for employment office
  4. WC list list for health insurance funds (if necessary)
  5. WCCA list for employment office
  6. WCCA list for health insurance fund (if required)

These lists are sorted by company code and reference number; lists for health insurance funds are sorted by health insurance fund and for-period.
If there are retroactive results for the employee, the retroactive differences are printed under the current results.
At the end of a for-period, the total is issued directly under the list. The total for the health insurance fund and for the reference number are printed respectively on a new page.

Input values

Only the payroll period needs to be indicated, either by entering the payroll area or by entering month and year directly.
Moreover, the personnel number area can be narrowed down further in the Selection block. The Additional Data block allows specific reference numbers and for-periods to be selected.
Should a global list be generated, the parameter All Personnel Numbers in RefNo permits the personnel numbers that do not have lost days but to which reference numbers are assigned to be listed as well.

Note

The lists are based on the rules for applications for RHC, WC, or WAC that are valid as of January 1, 1998. To generate lists for periods prior to 1998, use report RPCKULD0.
