Description

This report creates the reimbursement lists for lost hours with respect to reduced working hours and winter compensation.

It also outputs the data for the winter compensation allowance and winter compensation, as well as the planned working time according to the personal work schedule.

The employment office list specifies to which construction site the lost hours are assigned in the daily statement.

In the case of reduced working hours due to the weather, the 'Type of Work' is also shown: The employee would have performed this work had it been possible.

The lists are directed at the relevant employment office and the health insurance funds responsible for the employees.

The list for the health insurance fund is generated only if an employee is sick on one day before he or she was granted reduced working hours or winter compensation/advance payment of winter compensation.

The report is designed for the construction industry. After payroll has run (RPCALCD0, schema DBAU) for any payroll period, the report creates the following lists:

  • The employment office list is sorted by for-period and reference number.
  • The health insurance fund list is sorted by for-period, health insurance fund, and reference number.

In the case of retroactive accounting, the retroactive accounting period is shown below the 'Retroactive Accounting for' field on the list. If differences are found, these are displayed.

The earliest retroactive accounting date is determined from the payroll period entered.

Notes

In the current payroll period, you only have to enter the payroll area.

To start the report for a different period, you also need to enter the month and year.

Using the additional options when starting the report, you can generate a complete list for each period or reference number. In this case, you have to specify the relevant periods or reference numbers.

If you want to generate a complete list, you can use the "All Personnel Nos. in Ref. No." parameter to also list those personnel numbers that have no lost days but are assigned to the reference number.

Using the "Print Address" parameter, you can include the employee's address on the list or create a list of addresses. This list is required by the employment office after six months and contains the employee's address, age, and occupation. The lost working time is not included in this list.

Using the "Print All Periods" parameter, you can suppress the sorting by for-period.

By activating the "Show Lost Hours per Cons. Site" parameter, you can output the total hours lost per construction site for each reference number and the total hours lost per construction site.
