RPCLAAN0 - Close Wage Return

Purpose

The report Close Wage Return (RPCLAAN0) is used to close one or more wage returns. The report selects legal persons with status “Sent to Tax Office” or “Confirmation Received” for processing.

The wage return is only closed if you confirm the dialog box with "OK" in case you execute the report in foreground.

Note

Once the return is closed, you cannot make any adjustments, or link any response messages to the return.

Recommendation

Do not run this report in a productive environment, except that you have been instructed by SAP support to do so. In case, use the report Wage Return: FTP Processing Response Messages (RPCLAKN0 / PC00_M05_CLAK) instead, or follow the standard B2A process.

Your role profile has value 01 in the Authorization Object for Dutch Electronic Declaration (P_NL_LA06).

Selection

Select Test Run to run the report in test mode without updating the database.

Standard Variants

Output

The report displays the standard SAP List Viewer (ALV) log. In addition, a summarized report is created in the B2A Managertransaction.
