RPCLARN0 - Display response messages
BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header data Fill RESBD Structure from EBP Component StructureThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
This report displays response message data from wage returns and EDMs.
Response messages are sent by the tax authority after:
- A wage return is received ("Acknowledgement" type);
- The tax authority has validated the wage return and found errors ("Error" type);
- The tax authority has found the nominative and collective returns to be inconsistent ("Warning" type);
- The tax authority has found the nominative returns to contain errors that can still be adjusted before the return deadline ("Notification of Incorrect Nominative Return (abbreviated in Dutch to MFNA)" type);
- The tax authority has found the return to contain errors that can no longer be reported with an MFNA, or errors that are still unresolved after the return deadline ("Adjustment Obligation" type).
If the response message is an "Error", "Warning", "MFNA" or "Adjustment Obligation" type, the report is used to display errors in the wage return and find them in a wage return, for example using report Wage Return: Display Data (Viewer).
In EDM cases, response messages are sent after:
- AN EDM / zip file is received ("acknowledgement" type)
- The tax authority cannot import or open the EDM / zip file, e.g. because the are no XML data ("Error" type)
- The tax authority has processed the EDM and has found errors ("Error" type)
Integration
The report is started after response messages have been processed.
Prerequisites
You need read-rights for the selected LePers in order to display them (authorization object P_NL_LA06 for wage return response messages or authorisation object P_NL_AEDM for EDM response messages, with ACTVT equal to "01" or "03").
Features
Selection
You can select response messages by:
- The LePer for which the response messages must be displayed. F4 Help is available.
- The period (year and period) in which the response message was received. This selection can only be applied to wage returns and not to EDMs
- The date on which response messages were processed
Standard Variants
Output
Response messages are displayed in a window consisting of two parts:
- In the top part, response messages are sorted by LePer, in-period and date of receipt (descending) in a tree structure.
- In the bottom part, if response message types "Error", "Warning", "MFNA" or "Adjustment Obligation" are concerned, error messages are displayed in ALV format.
