Title

ISO compliant date conversion in wage returns provided every 4 weeks

Purpose

With this report a four-weekly wage return can be converted into a wage return according to ISO standards. According to the ISO standard, the first four-week period of a year starts on the Monday in the same week as the first Thursday of the new year.

Prerequisites

This report is only used for a four-weekly wage return that is not ISO compliant. An ISO compliant wage return is recommended.

In a separate period parameter, the four-week period should be defined according to ISO standards.

This report cannot be executed in batch mode.

Selection

For "Period param. of legal person", the period parameter is entered as defined for the legal person in table T5N14.

For "ISO compliant period parameter", the period parameter is entered according to ISO standards.

For "File name", the name and path are entered for the XML file to be converted. If this file has an xml .cnv extension, the converted file is saved with a .xml extension. If the file has a .xml extension, the converted file is saved with a cnv .xml extension.
