RPCLPCI0 - Personal Calendar Print - PC cluster of PCL1 (I)

Description

This program carries out the procedure to print the cluster PC - Personal calendar (Italy).

If the payroll of protected absences is carried out by the INAB function, data concerning the employee's personal calendar is displayed in the NCALE table; the COVER one is empty;

if the payroll is carried out by the XNAB function, data is displayed in the COVER table; the NCALE one is empty.

If the INAB function is in use, the program should be run clicking on the required CID, press F2 to display data relevant to the NCALE table;

if the XNAB function is in use, data of COVER table can be displayed with various drilldown depths:

Pressing F1 or the relevant icon, COVER table results with ALV (table format) are displayed;
pressing F3 or the relevant icon, results of section 3 of the CUD are displayed;
pressing F6 or the relevant icon, COVER results are displayed splitting the result of section 3 of the CUD week by week;
pressing F4 or the relevant icon, further information which cannot be directly found in the COVER table deriving from the same COVER table and wage types taking part to the absence evaluation are also displayed; for example in the FRINGE BENEFITS column the value of the fringe benefit and the fringe benefit disbursed in correspondence with that COVER marking; to allow entering into that week with the COVER marking and the relevant compensations;
pressing F5 or the relevant icon,all wage types (Result Table) disbursed for each COVER marking are displayed, while with the previous display type only the compensation/benefit total could be displayed; moreover information about absences (AB)is displayed here below.
