Purpose

You use this report to display absences and unpaid leaves from payroll results or from master data.

Integration

Prerequisites

If you want to display absence data based on the payroll results, make sure that you have run payroll up to the selected period.

Features

The report reads data in the following modes:

  • Payroll results:The program reads the latest available payroll result (SRTZA= A) and processes and displays the data in table AB.
  • If you use this option, you have access to all the details of the absence and can display the following data:
  • Absence category original

  • Absence category final

  • Valuation rule

  • Absence type

  • Infotypes:The program reads and displays the data in the Absences infotype (2001) related to absences that have occurred within the selected period.
  • If you use this option, you cannot access all details of an absence and can only display the following data:

  • Absence category original

  • Absence type

The report displays data in the following modes:

  • Monthly mode: Displays absences month by month, each month on a separate line.
  • This mode is suitable for displaying the absence data of more than one employee and for consistency checking.

  • Daily Table: Displays absences in a vertical table where the individual columns represent absences in the same day (up to 8 absences in a day).
  • This mode is suitable for displaying the absence data of only one employee.

  • If more employees are selected, the list of personnel number/names is presented. Double-click to display the selected employee’s data.

Selection

Data Source & Processing Mode

  • Payroll Results: Switches the source of data.
  • Infotype(s):Switches the source of data.
  • Show unpaid leave: If not selected, only absences are shown. When selected, unpaid leave is shown as well.

Display Mode

  • Monthly Mode:Changes the display mode
  • Daily Mode:Changes the display mode

Monthly Mode - Options:If Monthly Modeis selected, it determines what information is displayed

  • Abs. Category Original (T554S-ABSTP)
  • Abs. Category Final
  • During payroll, the absence category for sickness changes based on the duration of the sick leave period. The displayed value comes from T5S0C-ABSTP.

  • Valuation Rule:
  • During payroll, the original valuation rule changes based on the duration of sick leave. The displayed value comes from T5S0C-BEWKL (AB-KLBEW).

  • Absence Type
  • The absence type comes from either the table AB or the Absences infotype (2001).

Output

  • Monthly Mode
  • In addition to columns that identify the employee (personnel number and organizational number), the report also displays the ID of the month, a sequential number, and 31 columns that represent the days in the month.

  • Depending on the defined Monthly Mode - options, the 31 columns contain the absence data for the corresponding day.

  • Daily mode

If more employees are selected, the list of personnel number/names is presented. Double-click to display the selected employee’s data.

The program displays a table where one line represents one day. All available absence data is displayed in 7 x 8 columns.

This mode cannot display more than eight absences in a day:

  • Subtype

  • Valuation rule (identical to the monthly display mode)

  • Start time (start of part day absence)

  • End time (end of part day absence)

  • Absence category original (identical to the monthly display mode)

  • Absence category final (identical to monthly display mode)

  • W.cap.% - Percentage of the absence (non-zero values represent part-time absences)
