Purpose

You can use this report to display the current content of the B2 cluster for each employee. For more information about the tables of cluster B2, see SAP Library for SAP ERP under SAP ERP Central Component -> Human Resources -> Personnel Time Management (PT) -> Time Evaluation -> Appendix -> Clusters -> Tables in Cluster B2.

Features

There are two levels of list display available, which you can use to set the level of detail of the data displayed when you first access it:

List of personnel numbers and periods

Using this selection, you can switch between the following levels of detail:

  • You start with an overview of the selected personnel numbers and periods in the output.
  • When you choose the Select function, you are taken to an overview of the tables in the B2 cluster along with information on the number of entries generated per period. The tables filled are also highlighted in color. You have the following options:
  • If you place the cursor on a table and choose Choose, you can display detailed information about the table entries.

  • If you choose the All Tables function, you can output a list of all entries in all tables for a particular period. This function is useful if you want to print the list to analyze errors in more detail.

  • You can use the Delete function to delete entries for payroll periods from cluster B2. This may be necessary, for example, if an employee leaves your company, and you maintain this after the leaving date for this employee.
To delete the last evaluation result, position the cursor on the last row in the overview of the selected personnel numbers and periods, and choose Delete.
This function is available if the following prerequisites are met:
  • You have activated the function in your system (T77S0 switch TIMGT CLDEL is set).

  • You have authorization to maintain cluster B2.

  • On the selection screen of the report, you have not maintained any period or year, or you have specified the current year only.

Detailed description of all table entries

This selection is the same as the All Tables function when making selections using the list of personnel numbers and periods. The system returns the entries for all selected employees and periods in the individual tables.

Archiving

You can use this report to display additionally archived data for the personnel numbers and periods selected. In the Archived Data group box, you can specify whether you want to display archived or non-archived clusters only, or both. Note that the runtime of the report can increase if archived data is displayed.

Destruction of data

To archive and destroy time evaluation results, you can use the functions of Information Lifecycle Management (ILM). For more information, see the documentation for report RPAR5W00. If you destroy time evaluation results, you must delete them both from cluster B2 on the database and from the archive. Therefore, if you try to display such data using this report, you will get an error message.
