RPCLSTRG - Display Cluster RG (Payroll Results for Great Britain)

Description

This report enables you to display the contents of cluster RG. The data records can be selected according to the following criteria:

1. Personnel number
2. Beginning and end of the selection period for the for-period
3. Status indicator of the result records

The selected payroll records can be displayed as follows:

1. List of payroll records and Choose individual tables are flagged:
   A list of the payroll records selected is displayed. By choosing one payroll record, you can then display the contents of a specific table taken from a list of internal tables.
2. Only the List of payroll records is flagged:
   A record can be chosen from the list of selected payroll records. All of the table contents for this payroll record are then displayed.
3. Neither of the fields mentioned above is flagged:
   All table contents are displayed for all of the payroll records selected.
4. You can use 'Activate table selection'/'Deactivate table selection' to switch back and forth between the function 'Table selection for individual tables' and displaying all the filled tables for the list of payroll records selected.

Note: In accordance with statutory changes to National Insurance for tax year 2001, the Employees Earnings Threshold (EET) and the Employers Earnings Threshold (ERT) have been aligned to become the Earnings Threshold (ET).

Due to technical constraints, the tables NIC and CNIC still display the field headers NI pay LEL - EET, NI pay EET - ERT and NI pay ERT - UEL for payroll results from tax year 2000 and 2001.

This means that:

• The actual amount of the Lower Earnings Level (LEL) to Earnings Thrshold (ET), is displayed in the field LEL - EET

• The field EET - ERT therefore, remains zero.
