Purpose

Report for the Libro Unico del Lavoro.

This program imports all the data coming from the payroll cluster and from the LU (Libro Unico) cluster, it generates a numbered item and freezes the data.

The program generates this information for the F24 form.

Prerequisites

Features

The selection of the time data to be used to create the Libro Unico can be executed by using the formula Deferred month or Month on month: a characteristic allows to carry out this choice.

Output

The output of this program is an ALV list. In the display screen of the list the following functions are present:

  • Generate Smartform: it calls the layout of the smartform chosen from the selection screen; by choosing this function the program presents an output version for the printout.
  • Generate PDF: it calls the preview of the file PDF version; in this output it is possible to save the file PDF version and print it.

If the data present in the printout version (smartform output) is correct, it is possible to freeze it in the LU cluster. For this operation it is necessary to carry out the program once again after having marked the checkout “Freeze data”. In this case the output presents only a list of the employees with data frozen correctly and a list of errors, in case they occurred.

After this type of execution it is no longer possible to generate a version for the printout.

Activities

In the area “Form” enter the smartform, which must be used for the printout of the Libro Unico.

Specify the model which must be used in the Unified Reporting for the Libro Unico.

If you wish to number the output pages check the numbering box.

After you have checked the correctness of the list content, it is possible to freeze the data in the LU cluster.

To freeze the employee’s (or some employees) data in a period, check the relevant box (“Freeze data”).

Use the area “Data for background execution” in case you want to execute the program in background.
