RPCMNCT0 - Coin calc.

Description
The RPCMNCT0 program - is designed for determination of number and nominal value
of bank notes and coins for wage packets.

Selection screen description:

Payment - click to process wage payments.
Advance pays - click to process advance wage payments
Wage type - if 'Payment' is selected, enter wage types
(WT) for wage payment. If 'Advance pays' is selected, enter wage types for
advances from IT0011, IT0014, and IT0015.
Subtype 0009 for advances on account - if 'Advance pays' is selected,
enter subtype IT0009 for advances.

Payment method from IT0011 - enter payment method for IT0011 items to be processed. Payee key from IT0011 - enter recipient key for IT0011 items to be processed.

Date of financial transfer - enter date of financial transfer for IT0011 items to be processed. Records from IT0011 From-To - enter validity date for IT0011 items to be processed. If no date is filled, dates matching with data selection period are added automatically. Print amount - if selected, amount will be printed
for each employee in the detailed list. If not selected,
amounts will not be printed.
Null amount - if selected, zero amounts will be printed
for each employee as well. If not selected,
zero amounts will not be printed in the detailed list.
List amount to 50 heller - if selected, coins starting with 50 heller will be listed. Otherwise, coins starting with 1 crown will be listed.
Sort detail list - define rules for
detailed list sorting
- Personal number - detailed list will sorted by personal number
- Name - detailed list will sorted by name
Display items - if selected, items
of each employee will be listed. If not selected,
only recapitulation will be listed.

Printout signature clause - use help to select way of report clause listing. If 'Z' option is selected, user-exits can be used to create custom printout of signature clause. See below for more deatailed description of user exits.
Sort and sums - define the data the listing will be
sorted and summed by. Such data can be company
code, personnel area, subarea, pay location, and
cost center.

Requirements
The program requires T520M table setting (coin enumeration).
Standard setting of the T520M table for CR is a part of the basic
transport for individual versions of the SAP R/3 system.

Output
Result of the RPCMNCT0 program is a list of bank notes and coins for
wage payments and advances for selected employee. The program consists
detailed part and recapitulation part.

Detailed part is displayed after the
'Display items' parameter is selected. The following data are listed:
company code, personnel area, personnel subarea, pay location,
cost center, personal number, employee name,
amount (if 'Print amount' is checked), place for employee
signature and number of bank notes and coins for wage or
advance payments; available values are 5000 CZK, 2000 CZK, 1000 CZK, 500 CZK, 200 CZK,
100 CZK, 50 CZK, 20 CZK, 10 CZK, 5 CZK, 2 CZK, and 1 CZK (if
'Print amount' is checked). In addition to, the detailed list contains
data selected in the 'Sort and sums' section of the selection screen.

Recapitulation part contains company code, personnel area, personnel
subarea, pay location, cost center, number of bank
notes and coins for wage or advance payments; available values are 5000 CZK,
2000 CZK, 1000 CZK, 500 CZK, 200 CZK, 100 CZK, 50 CZK, 20 CZK, 10 CZK, 5 CZK,
and 1 CZK, sorted and summed according to parameters selected
in the 'Sort and sums' section of the selection screen.

User-exits for custom printout of signature clause.

The RPCMNCT0 program includes 2 user-exits for custom printout of signature clause. These exits can be called by entering 'Z' value into the "Printout signature clause" parameter. User-exits are controlled by the T596F table. To print signature clause in the recapitulation part, use the user-exit called '18NMC0' (T596-SNAME = '18MNC0'). The user-exitu allows to fill a table with C-type field and 130 characters length. Table content is listed in the recapitulation part. To the user-exit '18NMC0', amount which is in this report itemized is also transferred . To print signature clause on a separate sheet, use the user-exit called '18NMC1' (T596-SNAME = '18MNC1'). The user-exitu allows to fill a table with C-type field and 130 characters length. Table content is listed in the signature part. To the user-exit '18NMC1', the resulting amount of the report is also transferred.
