RPCMZLT2 - WS report header part

Description
The RPCMZLT2 program creates a wage sheet
(WS) header.

Selection screen description:

Year - enter a year for which a wage sheet should be processed
All previous names from IT002 - all last names before the currently used one are listed from ,,IT0002. Otherwise, only previous names valid in the data selection period will be listed.

Child.f.IT2 priority over IT21 - select if number of children for retirement age should be determined ,,from IT0002. Otherwise, number of children for retirement age calculation will be loaded from IT0021.

Child- subtype from IT21 - enter subtypes from IT0021 for children. Children in these subtypes will be used to determine ,,retirement age of the employee. Children from subytpes IT0021 will be used, if the ,,Child.f.IT2 priority over IT21 parameter is set to ' '.

List infotype 8 - if selected, the WS header will show
information on employee's basic income as entered in T0008. If
not selected, the IT0008 data of employee will not be listed.
List infotype 11 - if selected, the WS header will show
bak transfer data
List infotype 14 - if selected,
the "Pay scale" field will show wage types from IT0014. Wage types
from IT0014 will be listed if the ADSUM field in the T511 table
is selected.
Print refer.pers.numbers - if selected, the WS header will show
all reference personal numbers
saved in the IT0121.
ER address from parameters - if selected, address of employer will be determined and listed according to ,,"ER address - first key part" and "ER address - second key part" parameters. Otherwise, address of employer ,,will be based on personnel area and personnel subarea in IT0001 of the employee.

ER address - first key part - enter a value to be compared with address type in,,T536A (T536A-ANART)

ER address - second key part - enter a value to be compared with address structure rules ,,for address type in,,T536A (T536A-VARGU)

Vacation from IT0005 - if selected, the WS header will show
leaves from IT0005.

Vacation from IT2006 - if selected, the WS header will show
leaves from IT2006.

Action DNP in prot.period - enter action for DNP in prot.period.

Action for exit - enter action for exit.

'X' Subt.abs.from IT2001/T5T04 - if selected, the "ABSENCE" field will show absence types from IT2001. Otherwise, the "ABSENCE" field wil contain values from table T5T04-AWTY8 not entered for given absence subtypes.

Employment with incl.DNP in OL - if selected, the "WORK RELATION." field will contain terms of employment together with DNP in prot. period. If not selected, the "WORK RELATION." field will contain terms of employment together without listing of DNP in prot. period.

Print comments in ML header - if selected, comments to wage sheet items will be listed at the end of the header.

List of leave imputation - if selected, leave imputation will be listed. Otherwise, leave imputation will not be listed.

Leave parameters - calculation rules - enter calculation rules for leave listing from IT2006.

Leave parameters - calculation rules - enter quota type for leave from IT2006.

Requirements

Correct evaluation of absences requires setting of table
T5T04, field AWTY8. Absences will be listed in the WS header,
if T5T04-AWTY8 contains value other than
space.

Output

Result of the RPCMZLT2 program is a wage sheet header. Header
of the wage sheet consists of theheader itself and 5 data blocks.

The header contains the following data:
Employer address - read from the T536A table (Addresses)
Personal number (from IT0002)
Employee name (from IT0002)
Date of birth (from IT0002)
SI number (from IT0002)
Year - taken from "Year" parameter on the selection screen
Domicile (from IT0006)
Place of birth (from IT0002)
Maiden name (from IT0002)

Block No. 1 contains the following data:
Employment - date of change, employment description, reason
of employment change, employment type, and whether the employee
is in the documented status. The data are read from IT0000 and IT0016.
Personal data - date of change (e.g. birth date),
marital status (single, ...), last name and citizenship. The data are read
from IT0002.
Pension/disability - dates from-to, pension/disability type.
The data are read from IT0004 (to 4.5B incl.), or from IT0620
(from 4.5B incl.).

Block No. 2 contains the following data:
Organizational assignment - date of organizational assignment, company code,
personnel area, personnel subarea, cost center,
employee group, employee subgroup, payroll area,
position (T528T-PLSTX acc. to IT0001), job (T513S-STLTX acc. to
IT0001), and organizational unit (T527X-ORGTX acc. toIT0001). The data
are read from IT0001.
Working time - date of change, planned shift, daily duty, weekly
duty, number of workdays per week.
The data are read from IT0007.

Block No. 3 contains the following data:
Pay scale - if the
"List infotype 8" parameter is selected, the following data are listed: date of change, rate
type, pay scale area, pay scale group, pay scale level, wage type
type for payment, wage type name for payment,
wage amount. The data are read from IT0008.
Taxation terms - date of change, information on declaration signature
and on tax abatement - non-taxable basic part
non-taxable part of CID, non-taxable part of ID, non-taxable part of ZTP,
non-taxable part for students and information on a special rule
tax abatement. The data are read from IT0152.
Insurance - listing of insurance related data. First, the program
checks data in IT0041. If date type 40 is found, it is considered
as a day of insurance origination. Next, IT0153 is processed to retrieve
health insurance fund number, health insurance fund name (from T5T1K),
health insurance rule, and whether there is a valid
check of minimum assessment basis for health insurance,
social insurance rule, conditional EE insurance, and
validity date from.

Block No. 4 contains the following data:
Family members - family member (FM) type, FM number
for children, FM record validity date, FM first and last name and SI
number, claim of non-taxable amount for a child and claim for
calculation of minimum subsistence level. The data are read from IT0021.
Leave - leaves list: leave duration from-to, taking leave days
from previous periods, taking leave days from current
period, and leave status information.
Next to listing of all leaves, the following data are displayed: leave entitlement
total and in current year, date of imputation for leave entitlement,
number of worked years and days as of imputation date.
The data are read from IT0005, IT0041, IT0083 and IT2001.
Absence - in case that in the T5T04-AWTY8 table for subtype
from IT2001 a value other than space has been entered,
absences from IT2001 with the given subtype will be listed in WS
header.

Block No. 5 contains the following data:
Bank transfers - if the "List infotype 11" parameter is checked on the selection screen,
the following data are listed:
validity of bank details from-to, type of bank details,
amount or per amount percentage for transfer, account number
for bank transfers, variable, constant and specific symbols.
The data are read from IT0009 and IT0011.
