RPCPAYRU_RESERVES - HR-RU: Reserves

Purpose
You use this report to display the master data and payroll information on reserves for selected employees. The report contains the following important data:
- Opening and closing balance of vacation reserves
- Accrued and deducted vacation reserves
- Vacation reserves due from the previous payments that the system has processed from cumulated reserves
- Vacation reserves that the system deducts from the future prepaid expenses
- Social insurance and pension contributions that you want to process from vacation reserves

Selection
In addition to the default PNPCE selection option, the report contains the following specific parameters:
Application parameters
In the Output Parameters section you can specify a DAQ subapplication name that the system uses to create a report. Moreover, you can enter the layout name that you have saved before for the ALV.
When you select the Generate Solution Mapcheckbox, you enable the option that allows you to show wage type codes that correspond to each report field.
The two checkboxes Show Reserve Days and Show Reserve Amount allow you to show either the fields that are relevant for the reserve days or for their payment amount.
Standard Variants
Output
The report outputs a journal. It contains data about the processed and rejected employees, and report data in the ALV format. On the report screen, you can select a table line and click the Display Quota Deductions button to show the absences that the system has deducted from the selected employee quota.
