Purpose

Use this report to classify pension returns as incorrect. This applies solely to pension returns that are being processed. In other words, you can go through certain process steps again (for example, creating XML files) even if you are further on in the pension return process.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have run report Pension Return Data Collector and the pension return in question must not be closed.

Your role profile has been assigned to one of following values in the Authorization Object for Dutch Electronic Declaration (P_NL_LA06):

To display data:

  • A6 (Achmea)
  • 29 (APG)
  • B1 (UPA)

To create or change data:

  • A7 (Achmea)
  • 30 (APG)
  • B2 (UPA)

Features

Selection

  • Legal Person
Indicates the legal persons for whom you want to select pension returns that are being processed. Contrary to the other reports, you can also select pension returns that have incorrect entries in the B2A Manager. You can only select a legal person if authorization object P_NL_LA06 has been maintained (JUPER equal to the abbreviation of the legal person and ACTVT equal to "A7"). F4 help only offers legal persons who meet these conditions for selection.
  • "Before-period" Year
You can use this parameter to manually set the status of individual adjustments or current returns to "error". If this parameter is left empty, all returns belonging to the selected legal person are set to the chosen error status.
  • Under Error Classificationyou can specify where the error occurred as follows:
  • If you select Error in Data, for example, when cumulation wage types are missing in table Assignment of Pension Type to Cumulation Wage Type (T596J) or external data is incorrect, you must rerun report Pension Return Data Collector.

  • If you select Error in XML File,the XML file is recreated.

  • Test Mode
Use to run the report without changing the status tables and the status in the B2A Manager.

Standard Variants

Output

The status is updated in both the B2A Manager and the status tables of the pension return (P05TPRNL_LP_ADMS and P05TPRNL_EE_ADMS).
