RPCROEK0_DISPLAY_XML - Display ROE XML File

Title

Display ROE XML File (RPCROEK0_DISPLAY_XML)

Purpose

This report reads the XML file containing the ROE related data and displays the data in ALV format. The XML file is generated by the Human Resource and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) web application. You can download the XML file containing the valid serial numbers for each of the ROE forms from the HRSDC web site to the Presentation or Application server.

Integration

Prerequisites

• You must have run the:

• Record of Employment (ROE) Generator report (RPCROEK0_GENERATOR) to generate the ROE run ID.

• Record of Employment (ROE) - Exporter/Importer report (RPCROEK0_XMPORTER) to generate the ROE datasets in flat file format. You must upload the flat file containing the generated ROE datasets to the HRSDC web site.

• You must have downloaded the XML file generated by the HRSDC web application to the Presentation or Application server.

Features

Selection

• Specify the location or directory on your local machine, from where the report must read the downloaded XML file.

• Select any of the following indicators to display data related to the corresponding status of ROE form:

• Issued

• Passed

• Failed

• Rejected

Note

The system validates if the file path entered by the user aligns with the file system configurations authenticated for the report.

The file system configuration includes a logical File Name HR_CA_DIR_ROE_FILE_NAME and Logical File Path HR_CA_FILE_PATH, associated with the report. You should maintain the physical file path that you need to use in this report, against the Logical File Path HR_CA_FILE_PATH using transaction FILE.

Standard Variants

Output

When you execute the report, the system displays following information in ALV format:

• Status of the ROE form

• Serial number assigned to the successfully processed ROE forms

• Date of issue of the serial number

• Personnel number of the employee

• Business number of the employee

• Social Insurance number

• First day worked

• Last day for which paid

• Final pay period ending date

• Total Insurable Earnings
