RPCRVHD0_IN - Assignment of rvBEA Inbound Notifications

Purpose

Report Assignment of rvBEA Inbound Notifications (RPCRVHD0_IN) processes error confirmations and request notifications in the rvBEA notification procedure that were received via the B2A manager (transaction PB2A) and assigns them to a personnel number or an outbound notification.

Integration

Prerequisites

The B2A Manager has been set up for receiving inbound confirmations (see Customizing activity SHI Communication Server).

To display the inbound notifications, you need to have transaction code authorization (authorization object S_TCODE) for the report transaction (transaction PC00_M01_RPCRVHD0_IN). Alternatively, you can use your own implementation of the authorization check for the Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPAY00_B_AUTH_TCODE.

Complete and partial assignment of notifications

Error confirmations for notifications for a prevention reason are assigned to the outbound notification If the outbound notification was found, the error confirmation receives the status To Be Rejected and is listed in the log under the Fully Assigned Error Confirmations section.

For rvBEA requests, it is possible to assign the request to the personnel number for which the notification is requested and also to the original rvBEA registration. If both assignments were successful, the request appears in the log under the Completely Assigned Request Notifications section.If only one of the two assignments has been successful, the request is still regarded as assigned. As is the case for a complete assignment, it then receives the status To Be Processed and appears in the log under the Assigned Request Notifications (only PERNR) or Assigned Request Notifications (only Reg.) sections.

Selection

If the rvBEA notifications are distributed across several clients or systems, you can make the assignment by entering the corresponding RFC connections. If the system uses RFC connections to make the assignment, it copies the confirmations that were assigned successfully to the target systems or clients.

Activities

After you have finished assigning the confirmations, you can use the reports Administrator List for rvBEA Inbound Notifications (error confirmations) (RPCRVLD0_IN) and Process rvBEA Inbound Notifications (RPCRVVD0_IN) for further processing.

If you use RFC connections, you must start the administrator list in the target systems or clients.
