Purpose
Processing Inbound Messages in the rvBEA Notification Procedure
Prerequisites
Report Assignment of rvBEA Inbound Notifications (RPCRVHD0_IN) was used to partly or completely assign rvBEA inbound notifications to a personnel number or outbound notification.
Features
You can select and process inbound notifications that were assigned to a personnel number and that require manual postprocessing by the administrator.
You can document the processing of a notification by selecting the notification in the overview list and choosing a relevant pushbutton. This changes the status of the notification in the database. These status changes are usually the prerequisite for the automatic further processing of the inbound notification.
For more information about the procedure and for an explanation of the pushbuttons, see Processing of BEA Notifications in the Administrator's Worklist.
Selection
Selection of Notifications group box
You use the following parameters to restrict the selection of notifications:
- Without time restriction
- All notifications are selected, regardless of the time at which the status changed.
- Run identification
- The system selects only notifications with the specified run identification (date, time).
Function Selection group box
This is where you specify whether you want to display only notifications that require an action, or whether you want to display all notifications.
Selection of Notification Type group box
Here you can limit the selection to the display of error confirmations or request notifications.

Overview List
The selected notifications are initially displayed in an overview list. In this overview list, you can make the required status changes by selecting the notifications and choosing the relevant pushbutton.
The system performs an action or status change only if it is permitted for all selected notifications. After you choose the pushbutton, the actions are only flagged and not yet performed in the database. In the changed notifications, you can already see the new status number and the corresponding text. To save the changes permanently to the database, choose Save.
Details Screen
If you select notifications and choose the Details pushbutton, the systems displays a detailed view of the selected notifications. For a single notification, you can also double-click to see the detailed view.
The detailed view is structured as follows:
- Display of all existing data modules with the content of all relevant fields
- Display of status history
- All of the status changes that were made are displayed in an overview, sorted in descending order by the time of the change. The current status is in the first line of this list.
