Purpose

You use this report to analyze and display the TemSe file for a Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG) analysis.

As of year-end closing for fiscal accounting year 2014, Belgian companies with a minimum of 50 employees have to communicate a detailed analysis of their remuneration structure based on gender.

Before displaying or investigating the analysis results, you must first retrieve the file from the TemSe file system.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have made all required settings in Customizing for Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG).
  • You have sourced all relevant data for the analysis using the Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG): External and Previous Data (RPCSDUB0) report.
  • You have generated the SDoG file using the Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG): Generate Analysis (RPCSDGB0) report.

Features

Selection

According to your selection, you can either display and investigate the total TemSe file or partial totals of the TemSe file.

You use the TemSe field to select the relevant sequential dataset from the TemSe. You can choose between a test form type and a productive form type (depending on whether you run the report in test or productive mode).

In addition, you can use the Employee Grouping (BESDE) field to categorize and collate employee data according to company-defined criteria. This grouping provides an alternative means of categorizing employee data and therefore provides flexibility when analyzing the data.

In the Option section, you select the Display all data radio button if you want all data in the TemSe file to be displayed. If you only want to display the totals to be reported, you select the Display TemSe total resultradio button.

Standard Variants

  • The Declaration Header contains the relevant data per employee.

  • The Administrative Units section is used internally and allows you to display which additional filters have been used when running the Salary Differentiation on Gender (SDoG): Generate Analysis (RPCSDGB0) report.

  • In the Declaration Body section the data is displayed in one line per section code (for example, F001, F002, Q001, and so on).

  • Section - Employee Data:
  • The Codessection displays only the sections for which values are available.
