RPCSIHPT0PBS - SIADAP: Bulk Processing of Appraisal Homologations (Obsolete)

Purpose

This report collectively homologates the grades assigned by the Appraisal Coordination Council (CCA) to public sector employees who have been through the performance appraisal process.

Integration

Prerequisites

CCA must have assigned grades for the employees.

In the BAdI: SIADAP Basic Settings Customizing activity, you must have created a BAdI implementation and assigned it to the following fields:

• COLHP: name of the column created to be used in the homologation process

• STHMP: name of the Process of Homologation substatus

• STHMA: name of the Homologation Awareness Process substatus

• OBQUA: ID of the object nature for Qualitative Grade

• OBDAT: ID of the object nature for Homologation Date

Features

Selection

Enter standard selection criteria, for example, a range of personnel numbers, a period or a personnel area.

Select the evalution form, the execution period, the appraisal period and the date when CCA runs the final homologation for the employees.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates a log from which you can view the messages related to the processing of grades homologated for all employees included in the selection.

Activities

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Portugal-> Public Sector -> Information System -> Performance Appraisal of Employees (SIADAP) -> SIADAP: Bulk Homologation.
