RPCSIIJ0 - Santei Geppen check list

Purpose

Upon execution of this report per month, you output a proof list of Santei/Geppen status for selected employees.

In general, this report is not compulsory in Santei Geppen processing, as Santei Geppen status is set automatically through executng Santei Geppen evaluation and the Santei Adjustment. However, this program serves as an additional checking tool before submitting legal forms to Social Insurance office or Health insurance association.

You have the following options of Santei Geppen status to output on the selection screen:

• Santei

• Geppen

• Geppen candidate in August

• Geppen candidate in September

• Fixed of G (Prntl)

• Santei adjustment

Integration

Prerequisites

Santei Geppen evaluation for the applicable month needs to be completed before you execute this list. The report can be executed either before or after Santei adjustment, but the output result for those who is applicable for Santei adjustment will be different as follows:

• Before Santei adjustment is done

The employee is counted in 'Santei Adjustment' option.

• After Santei adjustment

The employee is counted in the status which was set in Santei adjustment.

Features

In the list, employee's Santei Geppen data, including the social insurance grade and compensation amount will be displayed in addition to the employee's name and number.

The list also tell you by indication flags in the display screen whether or not each employee's Santei Geppen result is overwritten by the Cluster GJ modification program.

Selection

On the selection screen, default value is set for year and month while you may specify the following conditions:

• Social insurance modifier

You must select one or more social insurance modifier

• Insurance type

You must select one insurance type or both of them.

• Santei Geppen status

You must select one or more statuses.

Standard Variants

Output

The output list is based on those values specified on the selection screen and each employee's Santei Geppen result in Cluster GJ. If you need to check more detailed information for each employee, you may execute the Display Cluster GJ program. If, by any chance, the results in Cluster GJ needs to be changed for legal report, necessary data for legal form stored in the cluster can be overwritten by executing Cluster GJ modification program.
