RPCSOCPT0PBS - Social balance

Purpose

Use this report to produce a mandatory social balance report that meets with national legal requirements. The report compiles employee professional data as well as situation data, schedule data, basic pay data, training data, and other relevant employee data.

Integration

The system stores the personnel group of an employee in the master data.

Prerequisites

To ensure that the data in the social balance report is complete and accurate, you need to ensure that the system settings are defined in Customizing for Payroll, by choosing Payroll in Portugal -> Enhancements for Public Sector Portugal -> Performance Evaluation -> Basic Settings and Social Balance.

It is necessary to map values in the standard system to the special data required in the social balance report.

Selection

Insert standard selection criteria, for example company code or a personnel number range.

Standard Variants

Output

It is possible to export the data compiled in the report to an Excel file. It is possible to export either the entire report or just certain sheets.

Activities

To access this report, in menu SAP Easy Access, select Personnel-> Payroll-> Europe -> Portugal -> Public Sector -> Information system -> Social balance.
