Purpose

You use this report to prepare the data that you need to report to the National Government Employee Pensions Board (SPV) that is relevant for the PA-91 pension agreement.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You have defined the necessary settings for benefits and SPV PA-91 reporting in Customizing for Payrollunder Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll -> Pensions -> Basic Settings and SPV Yearly (PA-91).
  • Payroll results exist for the reported year.

Features

This program performs step one of a two-step procedure used for SPV PA-91 reporting. It analyzes data from the selected year and converts it into information that is necessary for the PA-91pension agreement.

The data is stored in the following intermediate tables:

  • T5SP0_CE (Periods)
  • T5SP1_CE (Absences)
  • T5SP2_CE (Income)
  • T5SP3_CE (Personnel numbers)

The way the program retrieves data from the payroll results and how it stores the data in the intermediate tables depends on the Periodparameter.

  • The Incomeinformation is always retrieved according to the as-paid principle. It does not depend on the Periodparameter. The reported income is thus not influenced by any retrocalculations from the future period back to the reported year.
  • Absences and Periodsinformation is always retrieved according to the as-earned principle. You obtain different results if you run the report and enter January, February , and so on, as the Period because there might be recalculations from January, February ... that go back to the reported year.

When data is stored to the intermediate tables, the information about the period for which the report was run is stored as a key.

Example

You have finished payroll for January 2008 and you know that the data you want to report to SPV is complete.

You run the report: The Period is 01/2008 and the Reported Year is 2007.

The program stores the data in the intermediate table with the key field INPER = 200801.

If you run the report once again after payroll for February 2008 with Period = 02/2008 and Reported Year = 2007, the program returns the same Income and possibly different Absences and Periods. The resuts are stored in the intermediate tables with the key field INPER = 200802.

Warning

Unlike SPV Monthly Pension (PA-03) reporting, this report does not compare any data that has already been sent to SPV if you run the report for the same reported year with a different periodmore than once.

To perform step two (data file preparation and download), you need to run SPV Yearly Pension (PA-91) - Create File report. This program specifies which data set (which INPER) is used for the file.

You can run the program interactively to check the data analyzed from the selected period before the system stores it in the intermediate tables. This mode is suitable for testing and processing a smaller set of data.

You can also run the program without interaction. This mode is suitable for processing a large amount of data for a large number of employees.

Selection

  • Period
Specify the period from which you evaluate the reported data (see the description above).
  • Reported Year
Enter the year that you report to SPV.
  • Direct Update - Without ALV
If you do not choose this option, the report runs in interactive mode. If you choose this option, the program processes the selected period without interaction: The intermediate tables are automatically updated.
Use this option only after carefully checking the Customizing settings and testing in interactive mode.
  • Form Name
Specifies which wage types and absence types are used in the report.
  • Plan Type
Specify the type of benefit plan.
  • Benefit Plan
Specify a benefit plan.

Standard Variants

Output

If you run the report in interactive mode, a table is displayed. You can display all three groups of information that the program analyzed for the selected reporting period: Periods, Absences, Income. By default, the system displays the Periodstable.
