Purpose

This report enables you to generate Social Risk Declarations for the sector and scenario selected, containing the following information:

  • Personal data

  • Payroll and time data

  • Comments

Depending on the declaration type that you have selected, one of the following B2A processes is triggered:

  • Original declaration
  • Update
  • Cancellation

Integration

This report is used in combination with report Generic TemSe Viewer (DAQ based) ( RPUTMS9S), which helps you convert the newly generated TemSe file to an XML file.

Prerequisites

Before executing this report, carry out the following steps:

  • Customizing
Carry out the required Customizing activities under Social Risk.
  • HR Master Data maintenance
Check relevant data in the following infotypes:
  • Planned working time (0007)

  • Contract elements (0016)

  • Social insurance Belgium (0100)

  • Payroll data
The payroll results to be reported must be available in the following cluster tables, which are included in the Belgian payroll results structure (PAYBE_NATIONAL):
  • Personal data table (PERM)

  • Employment table (SVEVL)

In addition, if you want to use declaration type "9" (Automatic Detection), carry out the following steps:

  • Enter the date as of which you want to activate the automatic detection solution (switch SRD 00007 in view V_T5F99VD).
  • Run the IT3331 Initializing Report for SRD Automatic Detection (RPUSRDB0_UPD).
  • Optional: run the SRD Monitoring Report (RPUSRDB0_MONI) to display the status of all the Social Risk declarations that have been initiated.

Features

Selection

The Selection screen area is used to select employees for the declaration by organizational area. Note that if you do not enter a personnel number of a selection of personnel numbers, the system retrieves all personnel numbers (not recommended for larger companies).

In addition, in the Declaration Data screen area you can enter the following social risk-specific selection criteria:

  • Sector
Sector for which the declaration is valid:
  • Unemployment

  • Allowances

  • Work Accidents

  • Scenario
The standard delivers the following scenarios, which you can copy and adapt according to your needs:
  • AL01 (Entitlement Information for Allowances)

  • UN05 (Monthly Declaration of Hours of Temporary Unemployment)

  • Generation date
Date on which the declaration file is generated.
  • Employer SI number
Social Insurance registration number that uniquely identifies an employer at the National Office for Social Security.
  • Type of declaration
Per default, the Social Risk Declaration report generates an original declaration. The declaration type "9" (Automatic Detection), enables the automatic decision on which type of declarations should be triggered. This type can only be used in combination with the IT3331 Initializing Report for SRD Automatic Detection (RPUSRDB0_UPD).
  • Sel. date payroll
Date on which the payroll results are selected.
  • Test mode
Set this indicator if you want to perform a test run. In this case, the data is not written to the relevant TemSe table.

  • Activate B2A
Set this indicator if you want to trigger the Business-to-Administration workflow (B2A). The B2A Manager is an international transaction for handling file transfers between companies and administrations. The B2A workflow is disabled for test declarations.

  • B2A Description
Free text field used for tracking purposes in the Business-to-Administration workflow (B2A). If you have selected value "X" for constant SIMFU (Multiple File Upload) in view V_T50BK to use the multiple file upload function, this field is not displayed anymore on the selection screen of the report.

  • Create Mini-DmfA
If you select this checkbox, the declaration AL01 (Entitlement Information for Allowances) that is generated only contains the sections with DmfA-relevant data.
For the scenarios delivered by the standard, only AL01 requires the option to generate a mini-DmfA (see the Customizing activity Define Scenarios).

  • Reference of Request
If you have selected the Create Mini-DmfA checkbox, enter the reference number provided by the Social Security authorities in this field.

In the Execution Mode screen area you select whether you want to create a declaration file for all employees or a declaration file for each employee.

If you use the automatic detection with declaration type "9" (Automatic Detection), the following selection options are displayed in the Automatic Detection Parameters screen area:

  • Preselection Options:
  • All Declarations: All declarations are selected. This is the default option.

  • Relevant Declarations: Declarations that are relevant are detected and selected when running the report.

  • None - Manual: Select manually the declarations that you want to process.

  • Layout Variant: You can create and save your own layout variant and use it as selection parameter.
Note: The layout variant has only an impact on the layout of the ALV list, that is, which lines are displayed or not, but it has no impact on which declarations are issued. This is controlled by the Declaration to be Sent checkbox.

Standard Variants

Output

The output is a file in TemSe format (flat file), where each line corresponds to a section of the declaration. To view the TemSe file, double-click a line (a declaration) and choose Yes when prompted.

The newly created TemSe, which is stored in the TemSe directory and which you can access via the transaction List of TemSe objects, reflects the structure of the declaration. Click a line to view its details.

Note:

You can generate the corresponding XML file from here by clicking the relevant button. Then, you are prompted to confirm the suggested path and file name.
